Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid course seats confirmed by invoice or written enrollment notice. Free materials and the public Validation Guide are not refundable purchases.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two paid modules and have not attended a live workshop included in your tier. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.
Full refund conditions
- Request received within 7 days of payment; and
- Fewer than two modules unlocked or downloaded; and
- No attended live workshop or critique session for that enrollment.
Partial refund conditions
Between day 8 and day 21, if substantial materials remain unused, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% after deducting a materials fee. Cohort seats canceled more than 10 days before the cohort start may receive a partial refund of up to 70%.
Non-refundable items
- Completed Assurance Cohort facilitator reviews
- Custom stack-mapping workshops already delivered
- Third-party fees charged by payment processors when non-recoverable
- Promotional add-ons marked non-refundable on the invoice
Refund process
Email info@datasynctools.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or bank transfer to a Korean account you nominate. Processing typically completes within 10–15 business days after approval.
Cancellation
You may cancel future access at any time; cancellation alone does not create a refund beyond the rules above. We may cancel a cohort date for operational reasons; if we do, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law take precedence where applicable. Documented extended outages of course materials lasting more than 72 continuous hours may qualify for a pro-rata credit even outside the standard window.
